Come join us for two days of thoughtful, useful, collaborative work as we learn fundamentals of trauma-smart, grounded, universal, and breath-centred approaches to resilience building. The venue is easy to access with ample parking.
This weekend training in collaboration with HappyTree Yoga and their 300 hour advanced YTT will focus on trauma-smart principles suitable for yoga teachers, social workers, medical professionals and more.
Founded on Dani Harris and Danielle Rousseau’s experience in education spanning decades, this 60-minute workshop will guide participants through practical and sustainable ways to create trauma-informed breath-based resilience in classrooms.
This course provides an overview of how trauma impacts people’s wellbeing, and how yoga and breathing are effective tools in building resilience, and fostering justice.
With safety as its foundation, with Love for ourselves and our colleagues as our ally, this four week online course is for anyone interested in the contemporary work being done to bring light to, and help rectify the ravages that sexual violence has brought into the lives of millions of people.
