Mudbone Grown

Mudbone Grown is a black-owned farm enterprise that promotes inter-generational community-based farming that creates measurable and sustainable environmental, social, cultural, and economic impacts in communities. They offer a 3-year farmer incubator program for farmers of color in the Pacific Northwest, equipping them with the tools needed to  launch their own agricultural businesses and to be a part of the creation of a farmer of color cooperative.

How to support Mudbone Grown

Mudbone is running a solidarity CSA program prioritizeing black families in need in response to COVID-19 and systemic racism. Each weekly farm share is valued at $25. You can donate directly through the Mudbone website with the tag "Solidarity" to direct the funds towards the CSA program to help fund the continuation of this program. Additionally, these donations will support the employment of black farmers at a living wage of $20/hr. throughout the season. See https://www.mudbonegrown.com/donate
