This workshop will blend restorative self-care alongside deep frontline resilience building for individuals and community. We will collaborate to explore breath-centred practices that can be tailored to each person, while still providing structure and shared access.
The weekend will move between introspective and hands-on practices, and will create not only an environment, but an approach that is as safe as possible at every step.
This workshop is geared towards community health workers, healthcare providers, police, social workers, yoga teachers, therapists, mindfulness practitioners, parents, government staff, and other interested community members.
The training is both practical and introspective, accessible to each person's own learning style.
