What We Do
Rebel Breath complements trauma sensitive yoga & yoga service, embodied mindfulness, classroom meditation, and frontline showing up. Self-care is built in. We hold special dedication with people who have endured, or are helping address significant personal, emotional, physical, and historical challenges, including traumas of every sort.
Doing the 'work', having breath-centered resilience practices of our own creates space for our best selves to shine forth and that's what we need. We truly will overcome.
We are blessed to meet so many people of Light and Love that we feel an abundance that comes straight from Life itself, and all we can say is Thank You! No one is ever excluded from the Light.
